I would say I’m an editorial portrait photographer, with a huge interest and love for fashion; I like to style my subjects but also capture their quirky dress sense in its purest form. Everything inspires my work from my experiences, music, current affairs or people. My work is inspired and deals with issues mainly around black identity and cultural experiences, within this contemporary society we are surrounded by. Each body of work explores various subject matters that are mostly ‘taboo’ or not highlighted enough in the media.
